Negative thoughts on your mind?
Even the most positive person has negative thoughts creeping in on a daily basis. It's human nature, but some people are better at dealing with them than others. The key is to identify them, call them out for what they are, and counter them with positivity before they can become thought patterns that continuously bring us down.
That's why we created this 'Shifting Negative Thoughts' printable, to try to help us to recognise and identify the inevitable negative thoughts, and deal with them by writing them down and countering them logically with positive thoughts. Then whenever that same thought creeps back up on us, we know how to dismiss them!
