WHAT TYPES OF HELLO DAY PLANNERS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are five ranges of planners available from Hello Day. Firstly, our Spiral Planner range comes in 5-6 cover designs which change each year, and is available in both an 'Original' and 'Minimal' layout. Originals are daily planners which focus on productivity and accomplishment along with lifestyle elements which encourage a healthy body, mind & soul. Minimal planners are also daily, but they strip back the lifestyle elements, go back to basics and leave more space and flexibility for productivity and note taking.
Our second range of planners is our 'Chic' range, launched in 2017, available in Grey, Black & Cashmere. These planners were designed as a smaller, more slender style of planner with a classy exterior case which can be re-used time and time again with replacement inserts. Available inserts are Daily & Weekly Planners (both dated and undated) and Journals.
Our third range of planners, launched in 2019 is the 'Petite' range. These are weekly planners, in 2 different designs from previous years. These designs also change every year, but the Petite planners are smaller and lighter than our spiral planners, so ideal for someone carrying them around everywhere they go.
Launched in 2021, our fourth and fifth ranges are 'Caché' and 'Porté'. Both of these ranges are designed to be used with our Inserts that fit into the Chics.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS OR BUY NOW PAY LATER?
Yes you can! If you are in the UK, you can use Klarna at checkout. This will allow you to pay in 3 instalments for any purchase over £50, or buy now and pay later if the purchase is below £50. If you are not in the UK, this is still possible but you need to shop through the Klarna app.WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE?
At checkout, you may have different options for shipping based on how quickly you want your order and your location. Unless stated differently on the website, all orders that are in-stock are processed in 1-2 business days, so you can calculate your estimated delivery based on processing time plus delivery time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the order and shipping method, your confirmation email may contain a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Not all shipping methods have tracking available. Our carriers of choice are Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, Yodel and Hermes based on location and quantity purchased.
CAN I PURCHASE FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
YES you can! We ship to most countries but if your country does not seem to be available, please reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Depending on where it is shipping to and the shipping method chosen, it can take 2 - or up to 5 weeks to receive it. EU Customers will not be required to pay any import duties to receive their orders. But please be aware that if you are outside of the EU, depending on your location, you may be required to cover the cost of import duties, taxes and any other charges, as they are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and therefore are the buyer’s responsibility to pay them upon arrival/receipt. You may want to check with your country’s customs office about any additional costs before deciding to purchase. Once the product leaves our warehouse it will be your responsibility to pay for any other receiving costs.
International shipping costs can be high, so we suggest you and your friends purchase together to keep shipping costs down.
CAN I RETURN MY HELLO DAY ORDER?
We accept returns in line with UK consumer legislation. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery letting us know of your wish to return or exchange your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you have made a mistake please contact us ASAP. Sometimes orders are shipped out the same day so once the order has been placed, we may be unable to make any changes such as address, email or payment information. Please make sure you double check all of your information entered before placing your order.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORIGINAL AND MINIMAL SPIRAL PLANNERS?
Original has prompts for: Daily Affirmations, Check-offs for Water & Exercise etc. along with spaces for Top 3 To-Dos, Birthdays etc. (More details are available on the individual product pages with photos of the individual inner pages.)
Minimal: More open space for you and whatever it is you need your diary for. Instead of prompts like the Original, the Minimal has more blank space on the daily page to fill up with your own writing. CAN I PURCHASE A HELLO DAY PLANNER ANYWHERE APART FROM ONLINE?
From August 2020, Hello Day is stocked in Harrods, London. What better excuse for a trip to Harrods than to buy your next Hello Day planner? You'll find us in the brand new Stationers department. From September 2021 we are also stocked in Fenwick Department Stores.
We are stocked in several small boutique stores around the country, as well as various online platforms such as Amara, Fy!, Latzio Living & Not on the High Street.

CAN I PRE-ORDER A PLANNER?
YES you can! Planners are available to pre-order for around 6 weeks prior to arrival and shipping and is the BEST DEAL in terms of value, so get your order placed before your favourite design sells out! Pre-orders come with £5 OFF as well as some free Hello Day goodies.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDERED PLANNER?
Pre-ordered planners will ship out around the estimated date specified on the product page. We'll also keep you updated by email as the time approaches. All pre-ordered planners will be shipped before standard orders commence.
CAN I SELL THE HELLO DAY PLANNER IN MY SHOP?

HOW CAN I KEEP MY HELLO DAY PLANNER LOOKING BEAUTIFUL?
Your Hello Day Planner is designed to be beautiful, sturdy and durable. We know it is likely to go with you day-to-day as you will never want to let go of it. But like us women, we have to work harder to stay beautiful as we age. Like any product, your planner will eventually show signs of love and use. A well loved planner will likely pick up marks and scratches, especially in areas with gold foil, such as the front label. We love gold foil for its beauty but it is susceptible to scratches, so be aware of what you place on top of it, or how you put it into your bag. A great way to protect your spiral planner is with a Luxury Planner Cover or Porté Grande. Your Petite planner fits nicely inside a Porté.
If you’re like us, we love fuelling up with tea and coffee, but keep those cute teacups and mugs at a distance from your planner, as well as keeping it away from mucky fingers or dirty paws.
