If you would like to exchange or return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or by emailing email@example.com.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and either send you a replacement item, or issue you a full refund as long as the items are in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty, Hello Day cannot refund the cost of shipping.
Please note that personalised products can neither be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
