If you would like to exchange or return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or by emailing customerlove@helloday.co.uk.

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and either send you a replacement item, or issue you a full refund as long as the items are in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty, Hello Day cannot refund the cost of shipping.

Please note that personalised products can neither be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Free shipping available to most locations - check header bar for details. Final shipping cost depends on location, parcel weight & shipping speed. Shipping options and cost can be previewed at the bottom of your cart page, prior to checking out. 

Processing time is 1-2 days. We try our best to get all UPS orders out on the same day if purchased before 1PM.
