Shipping rates can be seen at the bottom of the cart page prior to checkout. Confirmed shipping costs will be displayed after completing your address information at checkout.
 

STANDARD UK SHIPPING

Our standard UK shipping is with with Royal Mail 2nd class, which usually takes 2-3 days. Please note it can take longer to Northern Ireland. This is a non-tracked service, but parcels will be provided with a delivery confirmation code which provides the information you need if you have a missed delivery. Please be aware that Royal Mail sometimes experiences delays, especially in December & early January.

EXPRESS & TRACKED UK SHIPPING

We offer an express, fully-tracked mainland service with UPS. This is a 1-2 day service, with next day delivery service in most parts of Britain. We also use Yodel for a tracked UK service, which is a fully tracked 3-5 working day service. Please always provide a mobile phone number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer various international shipping services depending on location. Import customs duties, if applicable, are not included in the product of shipping cost. Please ensure you are aware of import costs from the UK. Please always provide a mobile phone number for international deliveries.

DISPATCH TIME

Unless stated differently on the product page, our dispatch times are 1-2 days including orders with personalisation.

Please monitor your tracking or delivery confirmation code when you expect delivery to avoid parcels being returned to us. If you experience significant delays with your shipment, please contact us at customerlove@helloday.co.uk and we will do whatever we can to help resolve the situation.

SHIPPING

Free shipping available to most locations - check header bar for details. Final shipping cost depends on location, parcel weight & shipping speed. Shipping options and cost can be previewed at the bottom of your cart page, prior to checking out. 

Processing time is 1-2 days. We try our best to get all UPS orders out on the same day if purchased before 1PM.

For preorders, please check the estimated shipping window above. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange or return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Full details are provided in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that Digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded.
