Welcome to Wild Bloom Society. We're so glad you're here. These Terms & Conditions explain what you're signing up for, how payments and cancellations work, and what you and we can each expect from this community. Please read them before joining — by paying for or enrolling in Wild Bloom Society, you agree to be bound by them.
Wild Bloom Society is operated by Hello Day Lifestyle Ltd, trading as Hello Day ("we", "us", "our"), registered address 8 Monks Way, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 7ES. If you have any questions about these terms, you can reach us at customerlove@helloday.co.uk.
Wild Bloom Society is a paid membership community for women, offered at the tiers described on our sign-up page at the time you join ("Membership"). Membership includes access to our community space, live calls, and content as described at checkout. Specific inclusions may evolve over time as we grow the community, but we'll always tell you in advance if something core to your tier is changing.
We currently offer two tiers:
• Standard Membership
• VIP Membership — a limited number of spots, capped at 10 members at any time, with additional benefits as described at checkout.
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and processed in GBP unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Wild Bloom Society is designed as a 12-month journey. You can choose to pay for it in full upfront at a discounted rate, or via monthly instalments at the standard monthly rate. See Section 5 for how each payment method affects your cancellation rights.
The price you pay is the price shown to you at the point you join, and is locked for as long as you remain a member, even if our public pricing changes for new members afterwards.
If you join during our Soft Launch phase, your first payment is a deposit of one month's instalment, taken at the time you join, to secure your place. Your remaining monthly instalments will then begin in October, when Membership access starts, and will continue for 11 further months. Your deposit is treated as covering your final (12th) instalment, so across your Membership term you will make 12 payments in total, each equal to your monthly rate — you will not be charged twice for that final month.
Your 14-day cooling-off period (see Section 4) runs from the date of your deposit payment, not from October when access begins — see Section 4 for what this means in practice.
If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your Membership within 14 days of the date you join and pay (not from the date your Membership access begins), for any reason, and receive a full refund. This is a statutory right under UK and EU distance-selling consumer protection law and cannot be removed by these Terms.
If you join during a phase where Membership access begins on a later date (for example, our Soft Launch, where access begins in October), your 14-day cooling-off period still runs from your join/payment date. In most cases this means your cooling-off window will close before access even begins — which also means that if you do cancel within it, you'll receive a full refund, as no service will yet have been provided to you.
To cancel within this period, simply tell us in writing (email is fine) that you wish to cancel. We will refund you within 14 days of being notified.
Early access during the cooling-off period: if Membership access has already begun and you actively use or access Membership content/calls during your 14-day cooling-off window and then cancel, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the value of what you used, in line with applicable consumer law. We'll always explain any such deduction clearly if it applies.
Wild Bloom Society is built as a 12-month journey, and we genuinely believe it's most powerful when experienced in full. Your cancellation rights after the 14-day cooling-off period (Section 4) depend on how you chose to pay, and apply equally to Standard and VIP Membership.
If you pay in full upfront: your upfront payment reflects a discounted rate in exchange for committing to the full 12-month term, and is not cancellable or refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period ends.
If you pay via monthly instalments: your minimum commitment is 6 months' payment. Your first 6 monthly payments are a fixed commitment. From the start of month 7 onwards, you may cancel at any time by giving us one full calendar month's written notice. Your final payment will cover that notice month, and your Membership (and access) will end at the close of it.
If you're facing genuine financial hardship at any point, please reach out to us directly — we'd rather talk it through with you than have you feel trapped by these terms.
At the end of your 12-month term (or upon cancellation as described above, if earlier), Membership does not auto-renew unless we tell you clearly in advance and give you the chance to opt out.
Standard and VIP Membership each include a retreat-related benefit as part of your Fee — a discounted member rate on retreat bookings for Standard Membership, and a retreat place included as part of VIP Membership. These benefits are provided on the basis that you complete your full 12-month Membership term.
If you are on Standard Membership and cancel your Membership (under Section 5, after your 6-month minimum) having already used your member discount to book a retreat, you agree to pay the difference between the discounted rate you paid and the full non-member rate for that retreat, as a condition of your cancellation.
If you are on VIP Membership and cancel your Membership having already attended a retreat included as part of your VIP benefits, you agree that we may charge a retreat forfeiture amount reflecting the value of the experience you received, as set out at checkout. This does not apply if you have already paid in full.
The forfeiure amount will depend on the price of the retreat and the month of cancellation. When you book onto a specific retreat as part of your VIP benefits, you will be asked to sign separate Retreat Terms & Conditions at that time. Those Retreat Terms & Conditions will set out the above forfeiture, on a sliding scale depending on how far in advance of your retreat (or how far into your Membership) you cancel, any additional costs that may apply — and take precedence over this section for anything relating specifically to that retreat.
This clause does not apply if you cancel within your 14-day cooling-off period (Section 4), or if you have not yet made use of your retreat benefit at the time you cancel.
If a scheduled instalment payment fails, we'll let you know and attempt to process it again. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days despite our attempts to reach you, we may pause your access to Membership until payment is resolved. We won't charge punitive late fees — we'd rather have an honest conversation with you about what's going on.
VIP Membership is limited to 10 members at any given time. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and, once full, will reopen only as spots become available.
VIP Membership carries the same 6-month minimum commitment and payment/cancellation terms as Standard Membership, described in Section 5.
Members who join during the early bird window will receive the stated bonus gift (currently a leather product) as described at checkout. This bonus is tied to your join date and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
From time to time, Wild Bloom Society may offer optional in-person experiences (such as retreats or gatherings) at an additional cost. These are separate purchases from Membership itself, and will have their own specific terms — including their own refund policy — provided to you at the time of booking.
Standard Membership includes a discounted member rate on retreat bookings, and VIP Membership includes a retreat place as part of your Membership Fee. When you book onto a specific retreat, you'll be asked to sign separate Retreat Terms & Conditions covering that retreat's own booking, cancellation, and (for VIP) sliding-scale terms. If you cancel your Wild Bloom Society Membership before completing your full 12-month term having already made use of either benefit, see Section 5 ("Early Cancellation & Retreat Benefits") for what applies.
Dates and venues for in-person experiences may occasionally need to change due to circumstances outside our control (venue availability, facilitator availability, etc.). We'll always give you as much notice as possible.
