Invaluable

I've always made lists and kept a diary for work appointments, shifts etc but this is my first time using a planner. I've felt rather overwhelmed and unsure on how to incorporate all my "stuff" into the format. This guide has helped me to gather my thoughts, organize my time to complete the planner properly and focus on my goals (something I'd never considered using my list/ diary approach). SHIPPING

Free shipping available to most locations - check header bar for details. Final shipping cost depends on location, parcel weight & shipping speed. Shipping options and cost can be previewed at the bottom of your cart page, prior to checking out. 

Processing time is 1-2 days. During busy periods, personalisation can add 1-2 days onto processing. We try our best to get all UPS orders out on the same day if purchased before 1PM.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange or return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Full details are provided in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that personalised products can neither be exchanged nor refunded unless faulty. Also Digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded.
