Hi I am in my 8th year as a Hello Day planners addict and they are fab. This is my first year owning the amazing Porte Grande to zip my planner up and keep it safe along with any other important documents for transportation. I was waiting for a few months for these to be restocked and the wait was very worthwhile. My Porte Grande holds my Debonaire planner, kindle, earbuds, pen and journal. So instead of carrying bits and pieces around, I have everything in the one stunning case.

Processing time is 1-2 days. We try our best to get all UPS orders out on the same day if purchased before 1PM.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange or return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Full details are provided in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
