Breaking bad habits it tough. Equally forming new habits is just as tough, and a key to turning a positive action into a good habit lies in repetition and tracking. When we see our habits as objectives, written down in front of us on a daily basis, it drives us to carry out the action and tick it off. Before too long, it will become part of our routine.
This is why we created this habit tracker, to help us visibly keep track of our progress in developing good habits month by month.

Processing time is 1-2 days. During busy periods, personalisation can add 1-2 days onto processing. We try our best to get all UPS orders out on the same day if purchased before 1PM.

If you would like to exchange or return your order, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to return your items to us. Full details are provided in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
